Field staff conduct and replicate a series of assessment materials and information quality control checks as they prepare assessment materials for return to the materials processing staff. These quality control checks include:

  • accounting for all assessment documents, including session booklets, administration schedules, and questionnaires;

  • ensuring that student and school staff names do not appear on any assessment documents; and

  • completing all required administrative information on all assessment documents.

Once these checks have been performed and verified, the materials are packed, sealed, and returned to the materials processing staff. Field staff are required to ship session materials within one business day.
