Preparing Completed Materials for Shipping

Prior to departing a school on its assessment day, field staff complete these activities:

  • determine whether student participation requirements have been met by the school and, if not, schedule make-up sessions;

  • ensure that all school, teacher, and special-needs student questionnaires are completed and returned;

  • debrief the school coordinator about the assessment experience; and

  • prepare all completed assessment materials for shipping to NAEP.
