2 Includes Chapter 2, Education Consolidation and Improvement Act of 1981, Eisenhower Mathematics and Science Education--State Grants, Drug-Free Schools and Communities--State Grants, Education of Homeless Children and Youth, Christa McAuliffe Fellowships, Foreign Language Assistance, and State Block Grants.

3 Includes Maintenance and Operations (Impact Aid/Disaster Assistance).
