			Teacher Questionnaire Match Data Delivery Dates

The materials, distribution, processing, and scoring contractor creates and delivers data files from the paper-based and digitally based assessments to the design, analysis, and reporting contractor and the sampling and data collection contractor. These files consist of all  

• responses from the student questionnaire, 
• responses from the teacher questionnaire, 
  
• responses from items not scored by humans,  
  
• scores from the items scored by humans, and 
• student/teacher match.

Data resolution activities occur before submitting these final data files to the NAEP contractors to resolve any irregularities that existed. Several additional steps are performed before creating the final data files to ensure capture of the most complete and accurate information.
