2 Received count = total number of "Returned, Yes" and "Returned, Completed Electronically" ovals filled in on roster.
3 Processed counts = total number of questionnaires scanned minus any duplicate paper.
4 Percent calculated as (Processed/Target).
NOTE: The quantity 45,400 grade 8 teacher booklets expected includes both mathematics teacher questionnaires, because a single questionnaire was created for both subject areas in 2003. The 94 percent of grade 8 teacher questionnaires that were completed reflects the combined percentage for both subject areas.
