For sampled students k in noncertainty schools s, the replicate r base weights are defined as follows:
STUWGTsk(r) = ws(r) * SNRADJc(r) * SUBADJs * TRIMs * WINSCHLs * YRRNDs
where
ws(r) is the replicate school base weight (see Replicate School Base Weights);
SNRADJc(r) is the replicate school nonresponse adjustment (see Replicate School Nonresponse Adjustment for the 2002 State Assessment);
SUBADJs is a special factor for substitute schools (See School Base Weights for Substitute Schools);
TRIMs is the school trimming factor (See School Base Weights for New Schools);
WINSHCLs is the within-school student sampling probability; and
YRRNDs is a special factor for year-round schools (see Student Base Weights for the 2002 State Assessment).
