Title:  Education Longitudinal Study: 2002 Field Test Report
Description: This report provides an overview of the field test for the base year of ELS:2002. The report is divided into an introduction and seven chapters. Additional material is contained in five appendices. The seven chapters cover the following topics: 1) Field test preparation (sampling and instrumentation); 2) Securing cooperation; 3) Data collection activities; 4) Survey control and data processing; 5) Analysis of Student Survey Results; 6) Analysis of School, Teacher, Library Survey, and Facilities results; and 7) Analysis of Parent Survey results.
