	Longitudinal ID Crosswalks	Identification numbers that uniquely identify schools and local education agencies generally do not change year-to-year. But there have been cases where changes were made. These lists provide crosswalks between the old and new ID numbers.

5	Double counting of BIE reported schools	This document addresses the issue of schools reported by both BIE and the state where they are located. A list of the relevant schools is included.	Word File (31 KB)
6	Data Files Content	This Excel workbook lists the variables in the nonfiscal CCD by level (SEA, LEA, school) and year, from 1986-87 through 2015-16.	Excel File (1.2 MB)
8	Local Education Agencies by type and year	A new LEA type was added in SY 2016-17. This Excel workbook explains this change and provides a filterable data table that shows LEAs' type for the school years 2014-15 through 2017-18.	Excel File (5.32 MB)
9	Long to Wide File Conversion Utility	Starting with data for School Year 2016–17, CCD files are published in "long" file format. These utility programs will convert the long SAS files into wide files and combine the several components into a single file for the reporting level (State, LEA and school). This code is based on the 2016–17 CCD data files, and it should be used as a baseline for following data files. A User's Manual is included.	ZIP (242 KB)
10	Changes in Membership Reporting Guidance	The guidance for reporting students to EDFacts at the LEA level changed from SY 2016-17 to SY 2017–18.
