Tables D-1 and D-2 present data on the 2006–07 school year. Table D-1 presents the mailing addresses and phone numbers of the 500 largest school districts by rank according to membership size. Table D-2 is an alphabetic listing of the 500 largest school districts.

Table D-3 presents data on the 2006–07 school year. This table presents a count of the 100 largest school districts by state.

Table D-4 presents data for the 1996–97 school year. This table presents the name, city, state and county of the 100 largest districts, as well as the number of students, teachers, completers, and schools.
