\2\Title VI, formerly called Chapter 2, Education Consolidation and Improvement Act of 1981, includes Eisenhower Professional Development Grants, Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities--State Grants, Education for Homeless Children and Youth, Technology Literacy Challenge Fund, Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership, and Innovative Education Program Strategies.
