Meeting Venue and Hotel Accommodations

The 2023 NCES STATS-DC Data Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda. Guest rooms are available at the Hyatt and the AC Hotel for conference participants. Please refer to the preliminary schedule of events when making your hotel reservations. All participants must contact the hotel directly to reserve their guest rooms. Please note: the room block may sell out prior to this date, so please make your reservations early.

Limited availability remains at the Hyatt. ADDITIONAL ROOMS HAVE BEEN ADDED at the AC Hotel, located across the street from the Hyatt.

The Hyatt Regency Bethesda is approximately 10 miles (26 minute drive) from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), 26 miles (33 minute drive) from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and 35 miles (39 minute drive) from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).
