Conference Mobile App

The 2023 NCES STATS-DC Data Conference has an app!

Installing the App
To access the app, download the "Whova" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play or access the app via the web browser: https://whova.com/portal/webapp/stats_202308/. Create a user account and search for "2023 NCES" under the "Explore Events" tab.

If asked for an invitation code, enter: NCESSTATS2023

If you get a "Did you register with another email?" prompt, click on "I didn't register with another email."

If you run into any issues, we'd be happy to help you troubleshoot once you're onsite at the conference.

Once you're logged into the app, be sure to check out the agenda and mark the sessions you plan to attend. This will save you time once you're on-site at the conference!

Presentations Available in the App
Presentations will be added to the session descriptions as the presenters make them available. Within the app:

  • Go to "Agenda"
  • Click on a session name (e.g., 10-A)
  • In the "Overview" section you'll click on "see more"
  • At the end of the session description, you'll find a link to the presentation and any handouts provided.

Update Your Attendee Profile
Let other conference attendees know you'll be at the conference! After logging into the app, edit your attendee profile to include:

  • A professional profile picture
  • Your title and organization
  • Any contact information* you wish to share with other attendees
    • *Please note: your contact information is hidden unless you share it with a specific attendee.
