REL West created this resource through the California Adult College Completion (CACC) partnership in response to the significant need to help the more than 6 million California adults with some college but no credential return to postsecondary education and complete a degree or credential. The guide was developed to share evidence-based practices and partner learnings with other California Community Colleges, California State Universities, higher education institutions nationwide, policymakers, and organizations interested in improving college completion and meeting workforce needs through adult learner success.
