A series of four to five reports will describe the design of the Field Test of the NHES, the data collection experiences associated with the conduct of the Field Test, and the findings from several methodological studies conducted as a part of the Field Test. The reports will present information on the response rates of the NHES, the effectiveness of oversampling minorities, multiplicity sampling, and proxy reporting.
