This report provides evidence about the frequency, duration, activities, and topics of the mentoring received by a sample of first-year teachers in Missouri. This evidence is designed to equip the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education with better information for strengthening mentoring across the state and ultimately improve teacher retention.
