Title: The Adult Education Training and Education Survey (ATES) Pilot Study
Description: This report describes the process and findings of a national pilot test of survey items that were developed to assess the prevalence and key characteristics of occupational certifications and licenses and subbaccalaureate educational certificates. The pilot test was conducted as a computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI) survey, administered from September 2010 to January 2011.
