Appendices A and B present data on the 1997-98 school year. Appendix A presents the mailing addresses and phone numbers of the 500 largest school districts by rank. Appendix B is an alphabetical listing of the 500 largest school districts.

Appendix C presents data for the 1987-88 school year. This table presents the name, city, state and county of the 100 largest districts, as well as the number of students, teachers, and schools.

Appendix D presents school year 1996-97 data that corresponds to Tables 1-9 and table 11.
