Title I eligible schools and schoolwide eligible programs are defined in the following way in the CCD: Title I school—A school designated under appropriate state and federal regulations as being high poverty and eligible for participation in programs authorized by Title I of P.L. 107-110; Title I schoolwide program—A program in which all the students in a school are designated under appropriate state and federal regulations as being high poverty and eligible for participation in programs authorized by Title I of P.L. 107-110. Only schools with student membership greater than zero are included in this table.
