Schools were asked to include all hand-held computers provided for instructional purposes, including those available for loan, but to exclude laptop computers. ² The number of students to instructional computers with internet access was computed by dividing the total number of students in all public schools by the total number of instructional computers with internet access in all public schools (including schools with no internet access). NOTE: Percentages are based on all public schools.
