For more information on CCD school and agency universe surveys and response rates, see Public Elementary and Secondary Students, Staff, Schools, and School Districts: School Year 2003–04 (Hoffman and Sable 2006). This report discusses missing data and data quality, and presents state totals for CCD data items from the school and agency surveys. It includes state-idiosyncratic treatment of charter and magnet schools as well as schools and districts with no student membership.
