6.G. Review Prior to Release
As a final control, an appropriate official could review the compiled information or data for accuracy and to ensure that they are within the scope approved for release. This official also may review the procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local statutes, rules, and regulations that apply to the release. Signatures of the appropriate and authorized persons should be required for every release.
