NOTE: The enrollment rate for each grade level equals the enrollment at that grade level divided by the population of that grade’s base age, all multiplied by 100. The base age for each grade level is as follows: kindergarten, 5 years old; grade 1, 6 years old; elementary ungraded, 5- to 13-years-olds; and secondary ungraded, 14- to 17-years-olds. Projected values for 2011 through 2021 were held constant at the actual values for 2010.
