1Revenues from federal sources include amounts received from the COVID-19 Federal Assistance Funds. These funds were authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020, the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Act of 2021, and the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021. There is a lag between when the funds were appropriated and when local education agencies (LEAs) recorded the amounts as revenues.
