#Rounds to zero.
1 Includes a relatively small amount from nongovernmental private sources (gifts and tuition and transportation fees from patrons)These sources accounted for 2.1 percent of total revenues in 2008-09.
2 Revised from previously published figures.
NOTE: Beginning in 1980-81, revenues for state education agencies are excluded. Beginning in 1988-89, data reflect new survey collection procedures and may not be entirely comparable with figures for earlier years. With the exception of federal revenue per student, data are not adjusted for changes in the purchasing power of the dollar due to inflation. Detail may not sum to totals because of rounding.
