\1\Title I, formerly called Chapter 1, Education Consolidation and Improvement Act of 1981, includes Grants to Local Education Agencies, Basic, Concentration, Targeted, and Education Finance Incentive Grants; Reading First State grants; Even Start; Migrant Education grants, Neglected and Delinquent Children grants; and Comprehensive School Reform Grants. NOTE: Data reflect revisions to figures in the Budget of the United States Government, Fiscal Year 2005. Detail may not sum to totals because of rounding.
