NOTE: GRE data include test takers from both within and outside of the United States. GRE scores for the verbal, quantitative, and analytical sections range from 200 to 800. The range of scores is different for the various subject tests - from 200 to 990. The analytical section of the general test was administered for the final time in September 2002. The education subject test was administered for the final time in April 1998. The engineering subject test was administered for the final time in April 2001. Some data have been revised from previously published figures.
