Adult Education surveys were conducted in 1991, 1995, 1999, 2001, 2003, and 2005.

Extensive background, employment, and household information was also collected for each adult.

NHES also has data on adult civic involvement in the Adult Civic Involvement Survey that was fielded as part of NHES:1996.
