The target population for the 2015 twelfth-grade public school national assessment included all students who were enrolled in twelfth-grade public schools in the 50 states and the District of Columbia. It also included Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools and Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools located within the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
