The following table lists, for fourth grade, the final proportionality constant bj values for each jurisdiction j that was included in the Trial Urban District Assessment. Since some districts were sampled with certainty for eighth grade, specific values by jurisdiction are not included for eighth grade. The values for eighth grade varied from 0.0011312230 to 0.0058948475 for those districts that were not sampled with certainty.
