The sampling and data collection staff uses their electronic preassessment visit system to handle the administration of questionnaires.  

For the 2022 assessments, data was collected from school and teacher questionnaires via an online questionnaire system; approximately 9,800 school and 60,500 teacher questionnaires were entered into this system by school staff for the DBA assessment. 

Scannable school and teacher paper questionnaires were also available; approximately 570 school and 2,500 teacher questionnaires were completed, returned to the materials, distribution, processing, and scoring contractor, and processed. 

A school questionnaire at Age 9 and Age 13 for the 2022 and 2023 LTT assessment were available online and by paper. Approximately 30​ were completed on paper and approximately 750 were entered online.
