The sampling and data collection staff uses their electronic preassessment visit system to handle the administration of questionnaires.  

For the 2019 assessments, data was collected from school and teacher questionnaires via an online questionnaire system; approximately 18,100 school and 92,200 teacher questionnaires were entered into this system by school staff. 

Scannable school and teacher paper questionnaires were also available; approximately 770 school and 3,700 teacher questionnaires were completed, returned to the materials, distribution, processing, and scoring contractor, and processed. 

The Computer Access Familiarity questionnaires were available only in a scannable paper form. Approximately 12,300 were completed and processed.
