All cognitive reading blocks for the grade 4 reading assessment are 30 minutes long. Forms 657 and 673 are accommodation forms. An accommodation form contains blocks with all items or a subset of items from non-accommodation blocks (e.g., a bilingual form has a one-to-one correspondence to a non-accommodation form, but a high-contrast form may not present certain items). Only test forms for operational assessments are included in this table. An accommodation form contains blocks with all items or a subset of items from non-accommodation blocks (e.g., a bilingual form has a one-to-one correspondence to a non-accommodation form, but a high-contrast form may not present certain items). While form 706 (containing blocks R1 and R4, modified for accessibility) was offered for the 2019 grade 12 reading assessment, no students required it. Therefore, no students were assessed using these blocks. Only test forms for operational assessments are included in this table.
