The University Pathways Program (UPP) provides post-secondary academic, social, and vocational opportunities for students with learning exceptionalities. The program is for students between the ages of 17 and 21 who currently received special educaion services and have met their high school graduation requirements; however, continue to need support with their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals and objectives.
