AIR has Produced and Posted an Updated Webinar for New Keyholders:

The Association for Institutional Research (AIR) has recently updated the Webinar for New Keyholders—it can be located by clicking the “Professional Development" tab on this page: http://www.airweb.org/?page=819. Please share this link with anyone who may be interested. Also included with the updated Webinar are downloadable PDF files of the slides, and a text copy of the narration to use as reference.

Information Regarding NCES PETS:09 Studies:

In response to several inquiries by IPEDS Keyholders to NCES regarding a study for which you or your office may be contacted, NCES is sharing the following information: NCES is currently collecting transcripts for students participating in our two postsecondary longitudinal sample studies, the 2008/09 Baccalaureate and Beyond Longitudinal Study (B&B:08/09) and the 2004/09 Beginning Postsecondary Students Longitudinal Study (BPS:04/09). The transcripts collection component of these two studies is called the 2009 Postsecondary Education Transcript Study (PETS:09). Approximately 3,000 institutions will be included in PETS:09. Across both studies, we expect to collect transcripts for approximately 45,000 postsecondary students. These studies are being conducted by RTI International on behalf of NCES.
