NPEC Report Released
The National Postsecondary EducationCooperative (NPEC) has released a new report titled: “Information Required toBe Disclosed Under the Higher Education Act of 1965: Suggestions forDissemination.” The purpose of the document is to help colleges anduniversities successfully identify and meet their obligation to discloseinformation as required under the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), asamended by the HEOA. Data Feedback Reports Being Distributed
Please be advised that, last week, theelectronic .pdf copies of the Data Feedback Reports were emailed to Keyholdersof Title-IV institutions. These Reports are currently available as downloadable.pdf files on the Executive Peer Tool (ExPT), located at:http://nces.ed.gov/ipedspas/expt/. The ExPT also offers a variety of figures that were not included in the .pdfreport, and a function where a .pdf version of the report can be produced usingany comparison group. Fall 2008 Data Now Available in IPEDS Data Center
The Fall 2008 IPEDS data are now available atthe Public Release level in the IPEDS Data Center, located at:http://nces.ed.gov/ipeds/datacenter/. The available data include those from the Institutional Characteristics(Fall 2008), Completions (2007-08), and 12-Month Enrollment (2007-08) surveycomponents.
Survey Data Files Added to Data Center
Downloadable Survey Data Files (zip files) havebeen added to the early release level for Finance 2007-08, StudentFinancial Aid 2007-08, Graduation Rates 150% and 200% cohorts, and Fall Enrollment(2008). These data were reported to IPEDS during the Winter/Spring of 2007-08.
