IPEDS Data Collection - Steps to Locking
Make sure the survey status for EACH survey in the current collection is Locked, Complete, or Not Applicable before the collection closes on April 21, 2004. Follow the Steps to Locking - do this for EACH survey in the current collection:
- Enter data
- Perform edits
- Resolve errors
- Perform edits again
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 as needed, until survey status is Clean
- Lock survey
