IPEDS Peer Analysis System - Forms Facsimile

If you're looking for a way to print out your IPEDS survey data in a concise, tabular format (similar to the old paper survey forms), you should check out the Forms Facsimile feature in the IPEDS Peer Analysis System.

• From the IPEDS home page, http://nces.ed.gov/ipeds/, click on Peer Analysis System.
• Click on Institution Level.
• Enter your 6-digit IPEDS UnitID as both your UserID and password, and click the Login button.
• On the next screen, click the Use My Institution button.
• Then, click Reports and Stats in the yellow banner menu, and choose the Forms Facsimile option.
• Click View Reports for your Selected Institution.
• Choose your institution by clicking on the name.

You'll then see a screen with all the surveys and years available. Once you choose a survey and year, you'll notice that you can get a printable version, and you can elect to export your data.

Because these data are coming from the Peer Analysis System, you do not have to worry about sharing these reports with anyone - all individually identifiable data have already been protected.

Once your data from any collection in progress are migrated to the Peer Analysis System, you can use your data collection UserID and password to login at the Collection Level.
