IPEDS Help Desk Transition

Beginning Wednesday, August 12, 2026, the IPEDS Help Desk will have new contact information.

For questions about the IPEDS 2026-27 data collection, contact the Help Desk at 1-877-994-7337 (1-877-99-IPEDS), beginning August 12, 2026. Additional information about contacting the help desk via a Contact Form, which will be available through the IPEDS Community of Practice website, will be shared by registration opening on August 19, 2026.
