The University Pathways Program (UPP) provides postsecondary academic, social, vocational and recreational opportunities to help students transition to adulthood and achieve education goals. This program is for students between ages 17 and 21 who currently receive special education services and have met their high school graduation requirements; however, continue to need support with their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals and objectives.
