
Network B, chaired by Sweden, develops indicators of social and economic outcomes of education.
Twenty-four countries, including the United States, are members of Network B. Representatives from Eurostat (the statistical agency of the European Commission) and CEDEFOP (the Center for the Development of Vocational Training), two agencies of the European Commission, also participate in Network B.
Over the years, Network B has produced a variety of indicators for Education at a Glance, such as: education and work status of the youth population, expected years of education, labor force participation and unemployment by education level, and education and earnings from employment, among others.

The framework for Network B's indicator work includes the cross-cutting theme of equity. Developmental work is ongoing concerning the measurement of social outcomes of learning, the supply of skills in the labor market, and the dispersion of income by education level.
