International Coordinating Center

The International Coordinating Center (ICC) is located at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, under the leadership of Dr. Rainer Lehmann, Professor in the Department of Empirical Educational Research. The ICC was responsible for coordinating all aspects of the study’s implementation across participating countries.
