Who is conducting the PISA study?

The National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) at the U.S. Department of Education provides funding to complete the study in the United States, and Westat was responsible for U.S. data collection and analysis for PISA 2000 and PISA 2003. RTI was responsible for conducting the U.S. administration and analysis of PISA 2006, and Windwalker is responsible for the U.S. implementation of PISA 2009.
