Wayne Riddle

Wayne Riddle is a Specialist in Education Finance in the Education and Public Welfare (EPW) Division, Congressional Research Service (CRS), of the Library of Congress. Mr. Riddle's areas of specialization include education for the disadvantaged, elementary and secondary education finance, education governance and intergovernmental relations, international and comparative education, elementary and secondary education reform, and libraries. He has a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Virginia, and a Master's Degree in Economics from George Washington University. Mr. Riddle's publications include a wide variety of CRS reports for the Congress, as well as articles, book chapters, etc., published by the American Education Finance Association and similar organizations.Ms. White was employed as a Technical Information Specialist at the CRS from 1991?96. She received a Masters of Public Administration from American University in 1995 and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Government. Currently, she is working as a Research Specialist at Cornell University.
