5 The prekindergarten student membership was imputed, affecting the total student count and per pupil expenditures calculation.
6 Value affected by redistribution of reported expenditure values to correct for missing data items.
7 Both the District of Columbia and Hawaii have only one school district each; therefore, neither is comparable to other states.
