Midwestern states are IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, and WI. Southern states are AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, KY, LA, MD, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV, and DC.
