Midwestern states are IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, and WI. Southern states are AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, KY, LA, MD, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV, and DC. Detail may not sum to totals because of rounding.
