The term "anywhere" is not used in the YRBS questionnaire; students are simply asked how many days they carried a weapon during the past 30 days. Population size from the Digest of Education Statistics, 2005 (NCES 2006- 030) for students in grades 9–12 is 16,286,000 (projected) in 2005.
