institutions are the averages for in-state students. Tuition and fee data are collected
in the fall and loan data are collected in the spring. For more information on the

see supplemental notes 3 and 8. Data were adjusted to constant 2009-10 dollars using
the Consumer Price Index For All Urban Consumers (CPI-U). For more information on
