Between 1990 and 2005, the enrollment of students under age 25 increased by 32%. Enrollment of persons 25 and over rose by 19% during the same period. From 2005 to 2015, NCES projects a rise of 11% in enrollments of persons under 25, and a rise of 18% in enrollments of persons 25 and over.
