Trimming Student Replicate Weights

The replicate weights adjusted for student nonresponse were trimmed using the trimming factor that was computed for the final student weight. Given STU_TRIMjk as the final student trimming factor for student k in jurisdiction j, the replicate r weights adjusted for student nonresponse were trimmed as

FSTUWGTjsk(r) = STUAWGTjsk(r× STU_TRIMjk

where STUAWGTjsk (r) represents the rth replicate nonresponse-adjusted student base weight and FSTUWGTjsk (r) represents the rth replicate final weight for student k in school s in jurisdiction j.
