Four different versions of the grade 4 teacher and grades 4, 8, and 12 school questionnaires were produced to field test new items. To obtain an equal amount of respondents of each type, they were spiraled together and wrapped in bundles of 24 for the teacher questionnaires and 20 for the school questionnaires.
